When our decision was made to "Sell" our condo we actually were out of State. I contacted Linda, advised her we would be relocating to another part of Florida and we wanted to immediately list our property. She said, no problem, we will get the ball rolling for you! We signed our Contract she went into our Condo, did the necessary staging. She immediately started doing "Open Houses" each and every week until the property was under Contract and Sold. What more could an owner ask for from a Realtor?

Linda Wallingford was an excellent agent, she went above and beyond when selling my home. She always stayed in touch with me even if it was just to see how my day was going. I've already recommended her and she is doing an excellent job with that sale also. Linda also assisted me in the purchase of my new home, she made the transition easy for me.

Our purchase was not without a huge problem but this was due to the lending company & the requirements were not all met by the condo association so there were many delays & issues. Linda was able to help us find other choices for lending that were local & immediately we were back on track and able to close in record time which was great. If we hadn't had a great realtor like Linda, then we would have probably chosen to back out of the purchase.

It was of utmost importance that we had great communication with all of the new rules just coming out with the government & there were many hurdles to get over and having Linda there to guide us made everything possible.
